At makerSP_CE a simple rule applies: just bring your laptop – we have taken care of everything else.
A free external monitor
Every member can borrow an external monitor for their desk free of charge. Working with two screens significantly increases productivity – studies show by up to 42%. In most coworking spaces this is an extra charge or not available at all.
Every cable and adapter you could ever need
Forgot your charger? Need an adapter for a presentation? No worries. In our equipment you will find:

A private call office – no surcharges, no limits
At makerSP_CE you have a private office (12 m²) that serves as a call room – a room for phone calls and video conferences. The key difference compared to other coworking spaces:
- Unlimited hours of use – No limit of 2, 4 or 8 hours per month. Use it as much as you need.
- No booking system – No apps, no waiting for a slot. Is it free? Use it.
- No surcharges – Included in the monthly rental price.
In practice this means you can have 5 video calls a day without anyone asking you for extra euros. In most coworking spaces the meeting room is limited to a certain number of hours per month – anything above that is charged extra, usually €10–25/hour.
24/7 private parking – no time restrictions

- You can leave your car overnight – or for a whole week. No time limit.
- Not limited to working hours – The car park is yours any time, including weekends and holidays.
- Card access – Your own access to the car park, without depending on anyone else.

When you become a makerSP_CE member, you get your own keys and access codes. This means:

The price you sign in the contract never changes. If we were to raise the price list for new members to €150, €170 or €200 – you keep your original price that you signed. No inflation adjustments, no „annual corrections“, no surprises. This is our loyalty guarantee: you came when you came – and your price is locked in. In most coworking spaces an annual price increase of 5–10% is not unusual. With us, there is none of that.
No notice period – leave whenever you want

Frequently asked questions about the makerSP_CE offer
Are there really no surcharges?
Correct. For €135/month you get literally everything listed above. No hidden costs, no surcharges for the meeting room, printing or parking. The only thing not included is registering your company’s registered office at the coworking address – but even that is available by arrangement. What happens to my price if you raise the price list?
Your price stays the same as on the day you signed the contract. If you signed a contract at €135/month and the price list became €170 two years later, you still pay €135. This is our guarantee.
Can my partner use my desk?
Yes. The desk is yours and who sits at it is none of our concern. A partner, friend, colleague – anyone can work at your desk without surcharges.
How does the rental freeze work?
Let us know you want to freeze your rental (e.g. for a holiday or trip). During this period you do not pay, and your spot remains reserved. When you return, you continue at the same price.
How much does printing cost?
Nothing. Colour and black-and-white laser printing is free and unlimited. Print contracts, presentations, marketing material – with no page counting.
Do you have enough external monitors for everyone?
Yes. We lend monitors on a first-come, first-served basis, but we have enough for all active members. You also have the option to bring your own.
How does the shopping list work?
In the kitchen there is a list where every member can write down wishes for the next supply. If you want a certain type of coffee, a snack or a drink, you simply write it down. At the next monthly purchase, wishes are taken into account within reason.
